The insightful session was conducted by Dr. Navpreet Bhathal, Psychologist, BVM Group of Schools, who enlightened students on the transformative power of effective time management.
Through engaging interactions and practical strategies, Dr. Bhathal encouraged students to prioritise their goals, conquer procrastination, manage academic pressures with composure, and channel their energies towards purposeful learning.
