Spreading waves of cheerfulness and positivity, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana celebrated World Laughter Day with immense pleasure transforming the campus into a vibrant arena of smiles, humour, and creativity. The celebration aimed at promoting happiness, emotional wellness, and the spirit of togetherness.
The programme began with an awareness session highlighting the importance of happiness, optimism, and laughter in leading a healthy and balanced life. School Psychologist Dr Navpreet Bhathal sensitized students how laughter relieves stress, strengthens emotional wellness, and fills life with positivity.
Adding energy to the celebration, students enthusiastically participated in Laughter Yoga, creating an atmosphere of joy and rejuvenation. The “Just a Minute” Comedy Show became a major attraction, where participants impressed everyone with their wit, spontaneity, and comic timing.
Lively performances, voice modulation, and spontaneous comic acts further added sparkle to the occasion.
Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal remarked that laughter is a priceless gift that refreshes the mind, dispels negativity, and nurtures emotional well-being. She encouraged students to make happiness and positivity an integral part of life.
