Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, celebrated Earth Day with great zeal and environmental fervour through a series of engaging competitions and eco-friendly activities. Students enthusiastically participated in Poem Recitation, Poster Making, Trash to Treasure, and a Plantation Drive, beautifully expressing their concern for the planet through creativity and innovation. Activities such as the Plantation Drive and Germination of Seeds provided hands-on experiences, while Eco-Friendly Puppets added a touch of imaginative storytelling with a sustainable message.
The celebration emerged as a joyful blend of learning and awareness, nurturing a deep sense of responsibility towards nature among students. Their active involvement reflected a growing commitment to adopting eco-friendly practices and protecting the environment. NCC cadets further expressed their commitment to environmental stewardship through a thoughtfully curated Poster Making activity on “Go Greener, Go Safer,” advocating a sustainable and secure future.
