BVM Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana organized an enlightening and thought-provoking counselling session on “Peer Pressure and Me” to empower students with the ability to make informed and responsible choices. The session was conducted by School Counsellor Dr Navpreet Kaur Bhathal, whose expertise and warm interaction greatly enriched the learning experience.
She sensitized the students about the consequences of unhealthy peer pressure, which often leads to behaviors such as neglecting studies and excessive mobile usage. Furthermore, Mrs. Bhathal discussed practical strategies ,motivating students to speak up, support their peers, and help create a positive and inclusive school environment.
Principal Mrs. Ranju Mangal appreciated Dr Bhathal for her valuable guidance in nurturing emotionally resilient and mindful learners, leaving them better equipped to handle peer influence with wisdom and maturity.
