A Healthy Tiffin Competition was administered along with an enlightening session on Wellness is Wealth. The seminar, delivered by School Counselor Mrs. Geeta Verma, served as a powerful reminder of prioritizing health and well-being in all aspects of life. The core content of the session comprised ideas on healthy living and avoiding junk foods. She detailed the poor outcomes of eating junk food, which may be quick, tasty, convenient, and fashionable but has less nutritive value and high calories, causing lapses by sapping physical and mental strength.
NCC cadets actively participated in a yoga session, promoting physical and mental well-being. Additionally, they attended an awareness session, focusing on key issues and enhancing their understanding of various health related topics.
